Terms, in plain English.

Who you're dealing with.
Hello Revenue is operated by Hello Emma AB, a Swedish company (org.nr 559194-6974, Svärtinge, Sweden). When we say "we" in these terms, that's who we mean, and that's who your agreement is with. When we say "the service", we mean the Hello Revenue platform and the campaign work it does for you.
Your price is what you were shown.
We don't print prices here, deliberately. The exact price, fees, free period, and any deposit for your account are shown to you in full before you commit, and recorded on your account at the moment you accept them. What you were shown is what you pay. A later change to our offering never changes your deal without your consent, and if we ever offer you new terms, they apply only after you accept them.
Ad spend is yours.
The money in your Meta and Google ad accounts is paid by you to them. We never take custody of it, and you can pause or redirect it at any time. Where your deal includes a fee calculated on the ad spend we manage for you, that fee is what you pay us for the work, exactly as it was shown when you enrolled; the spend itself is never ours.
We run your account.
Where your deal includes us operating your campaigns, we do the operating: we build, we launch, we pause, and we iterate, without asking you to click anything first. Your standing authorization for this is the combination of three deliberate acts of yours: connecting your ad account, setting your budget, and accepting these terms. The budget you set caps what can ever be spent, and it is yours to change or set to zero at any time. Everything we build is visible to you before it goes live, and you can always tell us to hold, pause, or stop. We never move money to ourselves under this authorization; it covers operating your campaigns on your ad account, nothing else.
The reserve, and its three exits.
Where your deal includes a reserve, it is a parked commitment, not a fee: the amount, the windows, and the commitment level that apply to it are shown to you in full before you pay and recorded on your account. It resolves in one of three ways. If verified leads arrive, the reserve becomes your opening fee balance and converts one to one into the first fees you would otherwise be charged. If we do not produce a verified lead within the window shown at intake after your campaigns run, or if we never get your campaigns ready to launch at all, the reserve comes back to you: that miss is ours. Your side of the deal is one commitment: connecting your ad account and letting real advertising spend, at or above the commitment level shown at intake, run within the commitment window of joining. If that never happens on your side, we keep the reserve as that commitment. If the delay is ours, the kept exit never applies. There is no fourth outcome and no judgment call; where we exercise discretion, it is only ever in your favour.
How the fee is collected.
Collection is prepaid, always. Your fee balance is money already paid in, starting with the reserve; the fee draws that balance down, and it starts drawing only after your first verified lead. When the balance runs low, we top it up by charging the payment method you saved, in increments sized to your recent advertising spend, before further fees accrue against it. You are never billed after the fact for spend already made on your behalf, and every charge appears on your billing page and in your receipts.
If a payment fails.
If a top-up charge fails, we tell you right away and give you a grace period, shown in the product, to update your payment method. During that period everything keeps working. If it stays unresolved past the grace period, we stop starting new work for your account: no new builds, no new launches. You keep full sight of everything, your dashboard, your campaigns, and your data, and nothing is deleted. If it remains unresolved, we may pause the campaigns we manage for you. Fixing your payment method brings everything back, and anything paused can be resumed.
What's yours, and what's ours.
Everything we build for your business (ad accounts, audiences, creative, landing page content, marketing analysis, pixel installations) is your company's from day one. If you leave, you take it with you; we don't claw anything back. Landing pages we host stay online while you're a customer, and their content is yours to take. The platform itself (the software, the AI systems, and the marketing know-how that build these things) stays ours: leaving ends your access to the platform, never your ownership of what it made for you.
What we guarantee, and what we don't.
We don't guarantee specific revenue numbers. Nobody who does is being honest about advertising. What we do stand behind is the work: strategy, campaigns, pages, and iteration built from your real product data, with everything visible to you before it goes live.
You're responsible for your product.
Our campaigns are built from the product information you give us and what your website says. Keep it accurate: you're responsible for your product, the claims made about it, and complying with the laws that apply to selling it. We build advertising that follows platform rules; you remain the advertiser.
Cancelling.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms you enrolled on. We don't lock you in beyond what you've already agreed to pay for. If you cancel with money still on your fee balance, we settle the final completed days of fee against it and return the remainder to your card automatically, without you having to ask.
Liability, in plain terms.
We build and run marketing; the ad platforms decide what they show and what they charge. We're not liable for ad platform decisions, outages, or business outcomes. If we're ever liable to you for something, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Privacy.
How we handle your data, and the data of visitors to pages we run for you, is described in our privacy notice, published alongside these terms.
When these terms change.
If we change these terms, we email every customer at least thirty days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel without penalty if you don't agree. New terms never rewrite the deal you enrolled on.
